I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the prices were incredibly affordable for what you get. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impeccable - from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen with pots and pans, everything was thoughtfully provided. Additionally, the location in the city center was perfect - just a short walk to the sights and attractions.

Avoid at all costs. Not very close to the "La Grotte". Elevator did not work, and there were no hot water. Since this is an appartment hotel, there is no reception after 7pm and you have no one to complain to. Breakfast is very poor - only coffee from the machine and wrapped, nonfresh patries, definitely does not worth the price of 8 Euros. Go somewhere else!

It was clean and spacious enough for 6. It was about a 25-30 minute walk to Lourdes that was not too rigorous ( a little uphill section in the middle but otherwise flat). There was a bakery across the street that we used to get a better deal on breakfast than what was offered at the hotel.

Kind and polite staff, manager was very helpful. Luggage storage provided. Good parking space. Well-located near market and shops. Lovely residence. Flat exceeded expectations - warm, pleasant, and clean. Excellent free parking and Wifi availability. Nice view from room.

Absolutely nothing.

The studio was well equipped, plenty of hot water, nice and clean.

No baby cot in room on arrival, when it did arrive it was broken. Reception closed at 7pm so baby had to sleep with us. The problems were seen to the following morning and all put right. Helpful staff in the hotel. Its a fairly long hike to the sanctury, about 25mins, better to take the car to park closer but then that means paying for parking.

Very good location, the surrounding tracks in High Pyrenees are easy of access. Perfect with children. Recommended, especially for families with children and for group of freinds.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind, polite, and very helpful. The hotel offers ample parking space, which is perfect for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and safe, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. There is a lovely balcony in some of the rooms, offering a nice spot to relax and enjoy the views.

The room wasn't so big, but comfortable. Large and free parking with some garages. 10 minutes walking far away from Sanctuary. Good.

The bathroom is designed for disabled persons, so when having the shower, the water wets the floor.

Close to local amenities, friendly staff. Likes: We were pleased to find that there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get what we needed without having to walk too far.

Poor cleanliness, noisy accommodations. Dislikes: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodations left a lot to be desired - we found that the rooms were quite dirty, and we were constantly hearing noise from the surrounding area.

It was nice communication and Staff are willing to help the guest. Parking was good, we were able to come and go as we please and the time. there were enough catering stuff in the kitchen.

fully equipped kitchen - you can cook everything by yourself, not loosing a lot of money in expensive restaurants

During our recent stay, we found the location to be quite convenient as the main attractions were within walking distance. We had several dining options nearby, including a lovely outdoor market where we tried local cuisine. the hotel was situated in a quiet area that was away from the touristy spots. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The studio apartment we had was very comfortable, the kitchen was basic, but adequate. We had lovely mountain views from our balcony. The location was perfect for our holiday exploring the countryside and mountains in the area, which were easily accessable. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. All in all very good value for money.
